Logistics Student Assistant

We are looking for a driven student to join and support our logistics team. This role is ideal for students who are eager to gain hands-on experience with logistic processes in a global environment. In our logistics team you will be cross-collaborating with many different areas of the organisation. In this position you will get the opportunity to work with and learn from experienced and talented co-workers who are ready to help you hit the ground running in your career
Key Responsibilities: As our new Student Assistant, you will play a pivotal role in supporting our logistics operations, ensuring smooth business processes from start to finish. Your responsibilities will, among other things, include:
• Supporting Logistic Processes: Planning, creating orders, mapping and creating work instructions for logistic processes. • Administrate Logistics Systems & Data: Updating and analysing logistic data using Excel. • Monitor Logistic Performance: monitoring inventory and 3PL forecasts. • General Support: Assisting the logistics team with various tasks as needed.
Preferred Skills and Qualifications: • You are currently pursuing a bachelor’s or master’s degree in industrial management, SCM, Logistics or another related field. • You are interested in working with Excel • Comfortable in English both written and spoken • You have a strong analytical mindset with a keen eye for detail. • You have an interest and curiosity in logistics.
We estimate that you will be working between 10-15 hours/week with plenty of opportunity to work more hours if desired. The position is located at our headquarters in Lyngby.
