Meet Trushar Patel
Technical Program Director, R&D in Concord
Trushar Patel joined Cobham Satcom in 2006 and he has worked with every part of the entire product lifecycle. He started as a mechanical designer, transitioned into leading the mechanical engineering department globally, and today, he is heading the R&D organization in Concord.
To Trushar, the most important thing in management is the 5 p’s: people, processes, product, profit, and planet – in that order. I always challenge my employee's perspectives and how we fit into the ecosystem of the company.
Through the changes that every company goes through, some insecurity will follow, but if you have an open and honest dialogue with your employees, you can guide them and ensure we all channel our energy in the right direction and make a difference.
Meet Liga Liu
Inside Sales Manager in Shanghai
With its six colleagues, Shanghai is by far the smallest Cobham Satcom office. Nevertheless, Liga Liu and her colleagues in China play an integral role in handling some of our biggest maritime customers in the APAC region.
Our open and inclusive work environment creates the ideal work atmosphere for Liga, and the size of the team creates an almost family-like work relationship.
