Quality Assurance Student

Your key responsibilities will involve: As our student worker, you will play a key role in improving our Quality Management System and supporting the work with ensuring that the business complies with regulatory standards. We are looking for a new student worker, who – amongst other things - will:

  • Collaborate with various stakeholders to map and document processes in the organizational Quality Management Software (Qualiware).
  • Optimize existing processes to ensure clarity and alignment towards regulatory standards.
  • Collect, analyse, and visualize Quality data.
  • Support the Quality Team with various projects and ad-hoc tasks.

Your skills and qualifications will preferably include:

  • Currently studying a relevant Masters’ Degree in a technical or commercial field, e.g., Industrial Management, Design and Innovation, or Business Administration.
  • That you know your way around the Microsoft Office package including PowerPoint, Excel, and Word.
  • Previous experience in working with regulatory standards is an advantage, more importantly that you are interested in learning more.

You will enjoy this job if you:

  • Have a mindset of continuous improvement – one of the cornerstones of quality management is to always seek opportunities to do things better. If you have an urge in constantly develop yourself and your environment, this is the right place for you.
  • Have strong communication skills (both written and spoken) in English – Danish is a plus but not necessary – as you will collaborate with many different stakeholders in the organization, it is crucial that you feel confident in reaching out and talking to your colleagues.
  • Enjoy overcoming complex challenges – the job offers many exciting challenges, which are not always easy to fix. Therefore, creative problem solving must be something that comes naturally to you.

We estimate that you will be working between 15-25 hours/week.
