Quality Engineer

About the role Our Quality Assurance department is seeking a Quality Engineer with advanced expertise to enhance quality assurance practices throughout the company on a global scale. Your strong attention to detail and ability to maintain an overview will enable you to identify opportunities for business process improvements and implement them effectively.

Your primary responsibility will be to lead the product quality process, coordinate root cause analysis, implementing corrective and preventative actions, applying the CAPA/8D and 5Why methodology standard work, and managing the containment of non-conforming products. Collaborate with Engineering, R&D, Suppliers, Product service and Logistics.

Additionally, you will work with QMS system (ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 27001), updating procedures and instructions, performing risk assessment and analysis, generating comprehensive reports, and overseeing follow-up and monitoring activities while striving for continuous improvement.

Other tasks – but not limited to, are: • Collaborating with stakeholders across the organization to support improvement processes. • Driving root cause analysis and implementing corrective actions across Business Units to enhance overall performance. • Monitoring customer feedback and complaints related to quality issues and working with internal and external teams to improve customer satisfaction. • Be part of planning, coordinating, and executing internal and external audits. • Reporting key performance statistics and addressing discrepancies.

As our Quality Engineer your qualifications should ideally be: • A bachelor's or master’s degree within Engineering, Business Management, Quality Assurance, or equivalent accompanied by relevant experience. • Approximately 3-5 years of experience with Quality Assurance. • Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, analyze, and interpret data to drive informed recommendations and decisions. • Knowledge and experience in ISO 9001 and 14001. • Familiarity with Quality Management Tools such as CAPA, 8D, 5Why, ISHIKAWA, etc. • Fluent English proficiency in both verbal and written communication.

This role is based at our headquarters in Kongens Lyngby.
